Lindsay Anderson, 32, was sentenced to ten years in jail for having sex with two underage boys.
Lindsay enticed the 14 and 15 year old with gifts and drugs after meeting them at Carpentersville high school, Geneva, Illinois.
In a filmed interrogation with the police, the mother of one admitted that she sexually abused the boys “severally”.
She also smoked weed with 15 year old, before driving to a Nature park to sexually molest the boy.
The boy’s mother became suspicious when the teacher started driving him home from football practices, buying him things and taking him places
According to a cop, Anderson taught the boy math.
“On one occasion, Miss Anderson had picked him up near his house and drove him to woods and had sex with him in the back seat of her vehicle”
And there were also times where “she sent him pictures of her naked breasts and her naked vagina”
Anderson’s escapades with the younger boy included sexual intercourse at a cinema park.
The prosecutor in charge of the case, Mr. Joe McMahon said:
“Ms. Anderson leveraged her position as a teacher to gain these victims’ trust and then selfishly took advantage of that trust.”
“As a teacher, she was in a position of authority and clearly knew that what she did was wrong and harmful to these children.”
Anderson who recently divorced, pleaded guilty to last September to aggravated sexual abuse and criminal sexual assault between July 2013 and May 2015.
She is now being jailed for ten years, six years on the first charge and four years on the second.
“Children have to be able to go to school and be safe.
“Parents, whether they put their children on a bus or drop them off, have to know they are safe.” Judge D. J. Tegeler said.
Anderson, who could’ve face a 22 year jail term must also register as a sex offender for life.
Anderson’s lawyers said she was diagnosed as bipolar after she was arrested and was treated for depression and PTSD when she was 13.
